This project focus on helping users to quickly identify the most important train information at a glance.
I actually re-designed the flow or we can say the important screens from the app Like : Home Screen , Train Results Screen and the Train Route screen.
This solution helps user to understand the key information that is required at the moment.

Problem
👉 Users face difficulty to quickly understand and acting on train information due to poor visual hierarchy, cluttered layout, and unclear communication of changing information , which leads to confusion and missed or delayed decisions.

💡 I re-design the flow where user "Search the Station -> See Train Results -> See the Train Route".

💡 This solution reduce unnecessary cluttered from the app and helps user to select desired date for the travel , helps to process the key information and differentiate the information from one another.

This redesign aims to create a clearer and more efficient train tracking experience by helping users quickly identify important information such as platform numbers, timings, and delay updates. By improving information hierarchy and simplifying complex train details, the experience can help passengers make faster and more confident travel decisions during time-sensitive situations.

What i learned 🌱
Through user reviews and testing, I learned that redesigning an experience is not just about making screens look better, but about understanding why users struggle and solving the right problems.
This project helped me understand how organizing and prioritizing information can make complex experiences, like train tracking, easier to understand during time-sensitive situations.
Testing showed that some feedback points were outside the core problem. I learned to evaluate suggestions based on user needs and project goals instead of adding every requested feature.
User feedback helped me identify areas like platform verification clarity, which I might not have noticed only through visual design.
